After 28 years of learning every aspect of hair artistry, it is with great pleasure that I can introduce to the Upstate a down to earth, warm, and inviting hair studio ideal for just about anyone. My salon is the perfect place to 're-charge' yourself.

Through my years as a stylist, I have gained extensive experience with all hair types, styles and products. I have worked with most of the major brands, including Redken, Matrix, Pureolo-gy, Roux and Wella, and know all too well the dangerous chemicals that are contained in most salon products. It is with this knowledge that I pride myself on working with products that are equally effective as other salon brands, but are much safer to put down the drain, into the environment, and on the skin.

This is what Shine is all about. Shine is dedicated to providing you the choice to renew your spirit and your beauty without harsh chemicals. Finally, the time has come for stylists to connect to true beauty, beauty that radiates from the inside out.

I combine my skills, education and passion to create a style that works for you and your lifestyle. I understand that our hair is as unique as our fingerprints, and that unlike some art forms, hair styles are created together, a combined effort, between the client and the artisan.
